Pros - good price for a suite with a kitchen which offsets eating out (expensive and underwhelming food overall in Whistler). Clean, friendly and helpful staff, good location (bottom of the village). Nice hot tub and pool. Ski shuttle. Available parking. Cons - dated property in need of a "re-fresh". Uncomfortable beds and sofa beds, and our sheets were stained. Tight parking lot (very difficult). Overall, it depends on what you're looking for - average room for a less than average price at Whistler. It's not somewhere we will return to in the future because we felt that a VRBO would have more of what we would like at Whistler instead.

The Pinnacle is fantastic, I highly recommend staying here, the staff are so friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and quite large. I have stayed at this Whistler Pinnacle twice and both times have been great.

Overall a good stay. The kitchenette did not have a microwave like promised, which I really needed to use upon arrival. Also the refrigerator was crazy loud. I had to turn it off in the middle of the night.

Had a great room loved having a kitchenette, staff nice and helpful. You need to take a shuttle for skiing but bus stop is right at the hotel. Parking is not free and so narrow the spots..

I always stay here as the location is great and the prices are the best around. The rooms are super cozy and clean with comfortable beds, fireplaces, and jacuzzi soaker tubs. Front desk is friendly and helpful. Both restaurants right next door are top notch as well.
