Great atmosphere. Great facilities. Very Clean. Would stay again definitely.

I stayed at this hotel for about 3 nights, it was a pretty average stay. I loved the location but as for the building itself it was pretty much outdated. First appearance of the room was overall okay but the

Needs improvement on property. Missing elevator pad. Our room chair looked like from garage sale (Torn). Lights by bed 1 worked for light but could not plug in phone or devices to charge. Other lamp didn't work at all. Rug on our floor to elevator had tape holding rug down. Should have some kind of map of hotel. Not what I expected for a Sheraton.

Clean room, nice hotel and excellent location! Will stay here next time in NYC.
