The hotel looks beautiful the rooms are clen and spacious, the service was fantastic.

Close to everything we needed. Comfortable lobby where you could sit & relax.

The location was ideal!!

This hotel is great the rooms are immaculate, bedding changed daily, breakfast is good depending on what you want but small portions, I have accessible needs and use a manual wheelchair, but I didn’t need a disabled room, however I did request a room close to an elevator and it was not easy to manoeuvre round the corners/corridors (the room was miles away from elevator) we kept the room because it was massive and lovely, overall it’s a good place to stay in a great location, close to Times Square and Broadway

The rooms are very small yet clean. No microwave in the room, however there is a one in the lobby and each room has a fridge.
