We requested twin beds they gave us a double. We asked for, at time of booking, a balcony room, we never got a balcony. Our television wouldn't work (Apparently the dongle was broken and they didn't have another on to replace it with), they instead of taking the "dongle" from another room they asked us to move rooms instead. We got take away one night and when we got back to the room there was only one fork and 3 teaspoons in our kitchenette. They never had us down for breakfast so on the first morning we were told we had to pay, I refused and this matter took some time to correct. There is more, however, let me just say that the location makes up for everything.

Being Riverfire the atmosphere was electric. So many people out and about. The room was excellent, great viewing of the aircraft flyovers and the fireworks, loved the thank you and Father’s Day gifts. Was a little disappointed with restaurant that it was only doing a menu for Riverfire and not a full menu. It also was a big lacking for staff in the restaurant. Seemed to wait for service to order, That aside it was quite enjoyable.
