I was staying at the hotel 4 days, 3 nights. On the morning of the 3rd day I asked the front desk to have housekeeping perform housekeeping service to my room, as I would be gone all day and hoped to return to a clean room. I gave a tip to the front desk to please pass on to the room attendant that would service my room. I found it odd that when I returned to the room that night, I had fresh towels in my room but that was it. Beds were not made, trash had not been taken out. Upon arrival, both the sink and the shower drains were both clogged and backed up. I mentioned the sink drain and that was resolved but I do find the housekeeping situation odd. I have received service in my past stays; I’ve probably stayed at HSH 10 times or more in the last 5 years. I realize your hotel does not service rooms every day, but when I asked for service and provided a tip; I assumed it wouldn’t be an issue.
Also it would be really nice if you guys had a bigger water bottle refilling station. The tap water has a taste to it, it would make a lot of your guests VERY happy to be able to fill up our water bottles!!
