Horrible night

The concierge was very rude from the beginning. I had broken lights in my room tht no one ever came to fix. Dirty towels and couldn’t control the temperature in room.

I was celebrating my mom’s 60 year-old birthday and bad customer service from the supervisor Christopher plumbing was wrong in our bathroom. Waited for five hours. Everything service food really bad. I will not be coming back here. I rate them zero.

The stay started off fine until sometime after 8 the fire alarm went off, waking up my man. He had a long day of work just the day before and was exhausted. We had to grab our belongings , and leave . Glad we dont unpack , we just pull from the suitcase . To find out there was a birthday party for 15 year old boy with a DJ and he used the smoke machine. Big NO ,NO !
