On a 6 day trip, this was by far the most comfortable bed. Absolutely amazing. I slept like a rock because it was quiet and safe in the surrounding area. The complementary breakfast at Lumberjacks restaurant hit the spot. Overall, a really great experience.

Reserved 2 rooms, first room was deadbolted from the inside so we couldn't even get in almost as if someone was still in the room had to go back to the office to just have to move room because they had no staff to even check the room. The second room was dirty and old and the TV didn't work so I call the front desk and nobody even answered so I had to change all the HDMI cables around to get the TV to work. Next day we get back and can't get into the new first room so had to go all the way back to the office to get the key card updated again.

I am severely as asthmatic and allergic to perfumes and strong chemicals. The reception room was so highly perfumed I had an asthma attack within a minute. I quickly put on an N95 mask, but the damage was done. I tried two different rooms, but both had scented air fresheners in them. I was unable to stay, and had to ask for a refund.

Rooms were small, smelled like cigarettes, and just yuck. Definitely NOT Best Western standards. I was extremely disappointed and felt tricked using the brand name with suck poor quality.

Room fine overall. Bed comfortable. Shower was great water pressure but basin was very slow to fill a cup. Outdoor pool not yet open. Room 121 had outlet by bed pulled out of the wall. Complimentary breakfast at restaurant across parking lot was a special menu with two options to choose from with a few choices in those categories. Food good but not a big meal.
