The room was dirty, some potential drug paraphernalia was found on the bed side, as well as a chicken bone in the floor from the last guest. For the price, it is unfortunate to be staying in a dirty room. There was also hair in the bathtub. Talk about disappointing.

Carpet was recently cleaned and the room had an overpowering odor making it hard to sleep. There was a dirty sock under the bed. The sliding window was not locked shut (glad I checked). I tripped over the steps going to the room (uneven) and the step going into the room was low to floor of room. Stepping out I almost fell (not ADA, or standard height, dangerous). Front desk was very friendly even though she was under stress due to housekeeping/carpet cleaning in many units messed up her room scheduling and she had to shift everything for several people. That's why I didn't request a different room.

We enjoyed the breakfast and the location was wonderful. The door to our balcony was jammed and inoperable. Staff were unable to help fix it during our stay. Property was clean and comfortable.

Did not receive the room we booked (single room instead of suite), replacement/substitute room smelled of cigarette smoke, and I have still not received any acknowledgement of a potential refund. Front desk staff informed me on the morning of 11/28 that I would receive a call from the manager by noon. it is 10:42am on 12/1 and I still have not received any communication from the hotel management.

The room was spotless, but can use a few upgrades. The lamp next too the bed is connected by plugging it into an outlet on a different wall. The wire runs past the closet opening and is a tripping hazzard. If someone trips on that wire and goes head first into the closet, you will be getting papers from some blood thursty attorney and your payout will be large. You should put an outlet behing the end table where it should be. In the bathroom, the heater bulb does nothing. There is no heat coming from that bulb. I didn't like the pillows either. They felt old and are very thin. Other than that, the rest was fine.
