The property is a little bit dated. Check in time is long wait but it is clean, good beds, a convenient location for easy access to Napa. Friendly service staff and wonderful restaurant.

Regrettably the pool and the jacuzzi were closed down with no advance notice. Also, they completely did not provide cleanup service on a day that we specifically asked for it. They also told us they would send us a hair dryer and they never did. Pictures of course.

I had seen several negative reviews mentioning a lack of cleanliness, but we didn't find this to be the case. Both our room and the lobby area were clean. The decor and landscaping in the lobby and adjacent courtyard were very nice. There was also a complimentary wine tasting. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly!
