Everything stood out. The staff were very professional and friendly. The room was clean and neat. There were a couple robes in the closet. The jet tub was excellent relaxation. The bed and the pillows were soft and comfortable during my stay. No problems with check in or check out, so far as I can tell on my account and bank transactions.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and very comfortable. The front deck staff, especially Ally and Benny, were exceptional, friendly, great local knowledge, and outstanding customer service. This is a great location to explore the entire area, and several good restaurants only minutes away. We'll be back.

Nice property, clean and well appointed. The staff is friendly, too. However, access by car can be frustrating with a weird entrance, and exiting can be equally irritating because of a poorly designed intersection when leaving the hotel. This is not the fault of the hotel, but it is still an issue. This matters because the location is a couple of miles from central Paso Robles where most restaurants and other attractions are. On the plus side, we had a very nice 2-room suite that was comfortable and spacious. The only negative was a very weak shower flow, even by California standards.

Wow..what amazing restaurant staff and amazing food. Our breakfast was so good and the staff treated us like long lost friends. The room was large, open, and modern. It felt like an apartment. We will stay here again when we come to Paso Robles. If you are going to the Sensorio, you are close and this hotel is a great option.

This is such a beautiful Hotel. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Precious. She was super nice and very helpful. The room was huge and so elegant. Just absolutely beautiful and the restaurant as well. We had breakfast which was really good!. We can't wait to go back!.
