I still have a pending charge on my account from after their 7 -10 business day hold. I Tried calling 4 times before getting ahold of a manager that was supposed to call me back twice according to staff. Finally got ahold of her and she could care less kept interrupting telling me it was up to my bank who literally said was up to Hoilday inn and that its holing for a whole month.Then I said excuse me no no she cut me off and said she was not going to get talked to this way and hung up on me

I'd stay again

It was just a quick one night stop over but it was a clean comfortable room. It seemed busy that night and parking was full but we weren't disturbed with other guest's noise. The location caused us to backtrack a little but just 2 miles.

They went the extra mile for us.

We were very happy to find upon checkin that everyone of my disability reservation requests had been fulfilled. Beautiful 1st floor room with no stairs to access the property or the room. It was also close to the desk and breakfast room. And I had a lot of pillows! Thanx so much!

Perfect location. Friendly staff. Giving 4 stars only because soon as entered room there was a large cockroach inside and bedroom and bathroom doors would not stay open and would force shut constantly leaving toddler locked out. Breakfest good and too many nice places all around walking distance.
