Experience Big Bear at this charming cabin with a warm, welcoming feel. Located in the North side of Big Bear City, steps away from the beautiful outdoor trails and just a short drive to the lake, Village, Convention Center, and National Forest hiking trails. This cabin has older furnishings and decor, and is a rental intended for those who are fine with a more rustic, older home. Enjoy the convenience of a full home plus an additional upstairs room above the garage. The bonus space offers peace and privacy while keeping you close to everything the property has to offer—perfect for families, friends, or solo travelers.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1300+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fans, dining table, beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a king bed and TV. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, twin/twin bunk bed, and balcony. Third bedroom/guest room detached from the main house has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spice rack, and more.

A few shortcomings

A few observations and minor damage wanted to bring to your attention. DAMAGE: Hole in wall behind front door from the door knob..NO DOORSTOP. Broken kitchen light panel 1. No toilet paper in upstairs bathroom and barely 5 sheets on roll on bank of toilet. Missing dispenser bar. 2. Multiple clothing rods in multiple closets broken/disconnected. Towel hooks in bathroom broken. 3. Lighting is minimal/non existent in living room, & dining room. 4. Upstairs bedroom to left closest door knob is broke. 5. No window coverings on upstairs windows and glass slider for privacy. 6. Kitchen is poorly stocked for cooking. No cookie sheets, cutting boards, drying dish rack. bottle/wine opener, Tupperware/Ziploc bags, tin foil, firewood, spices, Pyrex.etc Thank you
