On the positive side, the location was great. Quiet street and neighborhood close to everything, including easy walking distance to great hikes on Bristlecone Trail. Outside appeared to have been painted recently and was nice in appearance. Very spacious inside, comfortable beds with plenty of sheets and towels.On negative side, not clean with stains on carpets and walls, dust everywhere on blinds and ceiling fans, cobwebs and dead spiders and flies in all window sills, and somebody left towel and washcloths in the dryer with one washcloth appearing to have red wine stains (or bloodstains?) and a badly soiled hand towel. A floor fan was broken and useable. The kitchen pans were in complete disarray, and never found any lid for any of the frying pans. Many of the pans were well past their lifespans. Several spoons appeared to have been put down the garbage disposal with rough edges. A couple of the kitchen cabinets had loose hinges which should be repaired before one or more fall off. I'm guessing the owners are new at this and trying to cut expenses to have a positive net flow, as when we arrived for our 3-week stay there was only 1/2 roll of paper towels and maybe 5 rolls of single-ply sandpaper-like TP. Not classy, not cool. No Kleenex or paper napkins, all of which have been supplied (along with much better quality TP) at all other VRBOs where we have stayed in the past. Also, during our stay, the front doorknob fell off and a section of back fence came down.
