I liked staff, amenities, but not the quality of the room. Curtain was broken when we entered the room, and dead bird was placed on the balcony ground. That's the first impression we got. However, Staff at the lobby was very friendly and she remembered me whenever I went there to ask questions. And the cleaning lady was very friendly and nice. Games on the first floor was fun. I went to bar for the first time, there was no seat. I stood in front of bar and was waiting for bartenders to come but it did not happen for 10 minutes. I finally got a chance to get a menu, and then for another 10 minutes, no one came to me, so I just left. Next day I tried again, and I went right in front of one female bartender to talk and I could be able to order and it was quick this time.

The property is in a good location. Staff was very nice. The property needs some renovation. Our bathroom ceiling was leaking and our heater needed makntance to fix. We had the Thanksgiving fixed menu at their restaurant- very over priced and the food was a 3/10. Waiter was nice but 600 for a family of 5 and the food was cateria-esque was a lesson learned.
