Convenient budget stop between Tahoe and SoCal. Hot water was warm, not hot. Place is clean with comfortable bed. Tasty BBQ walkup business within walking distance.

This is a very basic hotel off of the main road through town. The biggest draw is the location --- Big Pine being a gateway to many outdoor hiking areas. The shower was warm, the sheets and towels clean. That's all we needed tonight.

better than expected

It was what we needed during long road trip. A comfortable bed. The mattress pillows and sheets were surprisingly comfortable. Nice to be able to park in front of your entry door. Also the real coffee maker with fresh ground coffee. But weird that you had to check in a Chevron Gas Station.
