Needs remodeling ! Just very old Bare thread carpet, old paint, mirrors, you name it. And Flat old pillows There were not any hand towels and told the front desk, but we never received them. Not sure why this place is rated excellent!!

Fair Hotel, but not worth the price.

The room they put us in was right next to the freeway. The door did not close properly so we heard cars all night long. If you stay here bring earplugs. The floor was so dirty we had to wash our feet after walking from the shower to the bed.

It exceeded our expectations. Our room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The only thing we would recommend is carpet cleaning. The complimentary breakfast items were exceptional, and the dining area was so clean and tidy and well attended by the staff. The staff was one of the best experiences we have had from the day we checked in and the day we checked out. We would definitely stay here again.

This should be listed as a motel not a hotel. There was no separate are for breakfast, it was literally in the lobby. Staff was very nice and accommodating. This definitely wasn’t worth $200 per night

Hotel was very nice. But, there was someone arguing downstairs at 1am and banging on the door. Lasted until police finally arrived at 2am. Didn’t get a good night sleep. Thankfully I was able to get a refund. If it wasn’t for that, I would’ve gave 5 stars.

Let’s start with the positives. The bed was super comfy and the room was clean. These are the most important things for me and for that I am adding one star. Now, how it could be improved: the room is very dated looking and a bit run down. For instance, the bathroom mirror is chipping, and the odd placement of the closet in relation to the bathroom causes the door handles to rub on the doors causing heavy scapes. The bathroom sink stopper didn’t work. In my room, the height of the shower head was comically low (it is about the height of my upper lip, and I’m pretty average height). There’s a continental breakfast which is nice, especially at this price; the coffee is terrible, though. Overall, a good value at a budget price.

Everyone at the front desk was super nice. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We did ask to be moved to the back side of the motel, as the traffic noise was loud on the front.

Hotel is nice and simple. Clean rooms, bed was comfortable. Great location right off the freeway, Free parking , lots of dining and shopping options nearby. Nice and simple Continental breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there again when we are in town

Seems newly renovated but rooms were very humid. Only one key works after the first use so receiving two keys is pointless. It was so loud right off the highway so bring ear plugs.
