the bathrooms were not clean, there was a soap bar from the previous people in the shower and the ensuite had stained towels. The place was not wiped down before our stay I believe, also there was a hair in the second bedroom bed. Overall a very sad stay, the car got towed due to it being to big to fit under the car park so overall spent $800 on top of this $450 stay. $45 for parking as-well? $25 most for overnight parking at shopping centres, just a joke. I usually take my rubbish when I leave the apartment but this time I left it in hopes they actually do clean the apartment. Thank you for a terrible stay Oaks.
