Totally unprofessional. I called to ask for a change of date due to being unable to make the reservation due to an unforeseen situation which occurred yesterday. I live in Santa Cruz was taking my girlfriend for her birthday. I was stuck with the reservation with no option of changing the date of stay or a refund. Even after the the representative explained the situation to the hotel manager the request was not honored. II will use an alternate "local" hotel next time. It was mid week during the off-season so it was not as if Hilton was going to miss out on the huge fare due to non occupancy. Please share this feedback as you see fit. I will contact corporate to voice my discontent. Thanks, Randy

Our room did not get cleaned after leaving all day. We had trash cans over flowing and wet towels on the ground. We needed a wheelchair accessible room which was great but the shower was open so got water all over the bathroom floor. We did not have enough clean bath towels. We had to ask for more coffee. They only give you enough for one cup of regular coffee in a room with two beds. The hot tub was not hot enough to sit in during the cool weather. I was really looking forward to a hot soak so pretty bummed. The food was overpriced but big portion.

The hotel was clean, had pretty grounds and had parking spaces in front of the rooms. There is no elevator and even though we are seniors, the front desk did not ask if we needed a first floor room. We did not eat at the restaurant, but a friend also staying there said it was good. Biggest complaint was how loud the air and heat system was, and the walls were thin.

We came around 9 pm and our room smells terrible! Like some smoked all day before. I’ve asked to change a room but receptionist only said Sorry, we sold out, you can find another place. It was late and my kids wanted sleep, I decided to stay. In 15 minutes they called me and said that found a room but it was too late. I ve already moved my staff and my wife and kids were taking shower.
