Front desk staff are friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the room itself and other amenities included are not the best. The room had no air conditioning turned on upon our arrival. Being that it is summer and very hot, it took us an hour to cool the room down. The fan in our restroom did not work and there was no window to air it out during our showers. The tile was also broken where you step out of the shower. There were also stains on the carpets and bedding. Upon picking up our continental breakfast, our bagels were molded so my family had to go buy breakfast elsewhere. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone sorry.

Checking in wasn't great. I checked in and got the wrong room. I booked a 2 queen bed room and got a one king bed. I had to go back and show my reservation after being asked this time around and had to request 2 keys cause the reception guy didn't even ask the first time around. Going back to the office was an inconvenience not just for me but apparently for him too. I've stayed here twice in the past. Continental breakfast was decent compared to the bagged food my last time, although the touchless pancake machine was slow and inconsistent. The room wasn't bad. The shower was just loud. Made a weird noise when turned on. I could hear the neighbors shower in the morning so I wouldn't be surprised if they heard ours.

My second time there it’s cool and I like the burger and I restaurant that’s in the same parking lot, however this time I got bitten by maybe a spider in the bed, bed bugs?? Or a mosquito I have 6 bites that was the only thing I didn’t like other than that it’s cool and affordable

For starters given wrong room when addressed Fri t desk acted like OK? Room comfort was ehh at best. Says breakfast til 10 actually it's til 8. Also not breakfast they show you on site way way less. Not happy at all.
