Golden Haven is a wonderful option. It’s out of downtown, very quiet, love the pool and hot tubs! I never got a chance to use the spa, but I would like to stay again and possibly do that.

Loved the hotel, superior rooms are lovely. Beds a little firm for me but all around excellent. We did mud baths, used the pool and hot tubs as well as sun deck daily. Close to downtown. Perfect getaway

The room was nice & had the necessary amenities to stay for a few days. We will consider upgrading to a suite next time, as we stayed a week & could’ve used more kitchen space. The outside seating and game areas were wonderful & peaceful, especially for a morning cup of coffee ☕️. We would definitely stay there again. It was very easy walking to the shops & restaurants. Staff was very friendly.

The bikes, bocce ball, cornhole and location were great. Way overpriced! Everyone was very nice, not the redhead who checked us in. She did not tell any info about property, handed me a wad of robes. The carpet in the room was damp from previous people going in the hot spring then dripping, smelled and was squishy. Headboard sticky.

A fab property and stay

We had an amazing stay at Golden Haven Hot Springs. The property is in excellent condition, especially considering the minerals. There are no facilities for food on site, but calistoga is 10-20min walk away. The kitchenette is useful but could do with some crockery and cutlery. Our king room was very comfortable. We indulged in a mud bath and massage. It was excellent. Shout out to Oscar for looking after us so well in the mud, he was friendly and professional. I would avoid the hotel at the weekends in bachelorette season, there were two groups there toward the end of our stay who were noisy and took over the space with no concern for other guests. The picnic area at the back is beautiful and the games were welcome. Be sure to visit the Geyser. A great property all in all.

We stayed one night in a standard room. It was adequate for my husband and I. The Standard rooms are upstairs. The pool is large, clean and doesn’t have a sulphide odor. I was surprised the sunning was on a roof top not beside the pool. We didn’t use any services like a mud bath or massage, but the pool took care of what I wanted.

Pool and hot tub were awesome, the facilities were great. Beds were comfortable although personally the pillows were not my favorite. Other than that very minor detail our stay was awesome and we will be coming back!
