We checked in an hour early and was welcomed . No problem. The lobby has coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Very good. The first night we drive to dinner and discovered it was right across the street. After that we walked….everything was so convenient. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Unfortunately both the pool and hot tub were crowded. But when it thinned out it was so relaxing. I would definitely go again.

Nice hotel for the price

It was pretty busy this time but I still like Up Valley Inn for the natural spring water pool and jacuzzi. And the saunas.

The heating system is so freaking loud, everytime it began working woke us up. Even if you turn your's off, the heating system from room´s next to ours kept waking us up all night. Impossible to sleep. They should invest in silent systems.... HORRIBLE NIGHT!

Really enjoyed the mineral springs pool and jacuzzi. The steam room and sauna were really clean and working well. Really nice room. Great property will definitely return. Gentleman at check in was knowledgeable and friendly. Had an excellent Swedish massage at Wilkinsons and delicious meal at Bricco Osteria and Bar.

It needs a lot of TLC. The tiles in the pool and hot tub are missing, rust everywhere, shoddy towels. The handle on the toilet fell off.
