Love staying here BUT it has changed. They no longer clean the rooms everyday, they also charge for requesting towels after the first request, parking is 25.00 per car.
Glad the worker received a pay increase but don’t cheat the consumers.

BED BUGS. Walk up to first night with a bunch of bite marks in my legs and arm spotted a bed bug casually walking in my bed took a video, called from desk reported staff and manager came over and manager was trying to convince me that it’s not a bed bug and had zero explanation on my bite marks. I pulled up an image on google and compared my recording to the images I had and confirmed it was bed bugs. Management convinced me it’s not and they would have brand new sheets for me 3 hrs later a last comes by to change sheets for the pull out couch and not the bed I told her it’s for the bed and not the couch and she looked at me and said the order was to replace the couch sheets not the bed. I called front dear spoke with Julie 4 times before and was told someone will come by to change the sheets, security came by and took a report of my bite marks and provided me with a band-Aid. Not a single staff member apologized for the incident, that same night since sheets were changed we went to sleep and I woke up to even more bites, we decided at that point to pack up and head out even though room was fully paid for an additional 2 days. I got to the front dear to check out around 12:45pm and was given the biggest attitude by employee telling me check out is at 10am, I’m thinking what difference does it make if I’m leaving early and room is paid for already I told her I’m leaving early because I’m tired of getting bit by the bed bugs and nothing is being done about it. Excellent place with several fun options inside the property.
The last time that I was here was nine years ago! I was a little concerned that it would be dated. However, I was wrong! Everything has been meticulously updated, and the grounds are gorgeous. I’m so happy with this location and will love to come again
Wonderful property, but when I checked out, there were 2 bar charges on my bill that weren't mine. I told this to the check in/out counter person, who said it would take a while for Marriott to get back to me on it. I haven't seen anything yet, and I'm not entirely sure that anything was even passed along (no documentation provided). I will call Marriott corporate offices to check on this.
