Clean room and very comfortable mattress. Strange design of shower as the head was 7ft high and attached to the wall. Anybody under 5ft 4ins may have difficulty reaching this. Good choice of food in the breakfast room. Very long corridors so easy to get lost. Room numbering system seems to be Zone-Floor-Number. So our room 4211, was the 2nd floor not 4th.

Extremely convenient for terminal 5 at Heathrow. Nice breakfast and decent dinner selection. Staff got me an airport trolley so I could easily transport my bags to the terminal. Would stay here again.
