Was a nice comfortable stay prior to catching our flight the next day. The only thing I would say is that the shower is a little small and the water would leak out of the shower just because of how small it was.

The heat was not working- it was 16 degrees . When we reported it, they knew about it and brought a portable heater. Hours later it was still very cold. We asked for a second blanket and that made it more comfortable. As we walked to and from the lobby, it was frigid also. It appeared that the whole wing was without heat. When we checked in, they asked if we wanted to upgrade and we declined. We wonder whether the upgraded rooms had heat.

Had to change rooms, but the front desk was very accommodating. That’s a sign of good staff; they solve problems themselves. As a result, we got a slightly nicer room, and he gave me a chocolate bar from concession for free. The bartender was very friendly as well. Little touches like that make for a plan to return here again when at Heathrow.

Found bed bugs!!! check in scenario was awful, the front desk lady would not give a conplimentary 30 minute early check in for nothing!! after a supernlong flight, the receptionist said there was several rooms available, but if we wanted to check in 30 min earlier we had to pay 20 pounds ($30 USD), then i asked if the room had complimentary water bottles and she said for a room upgrade of 30 pounds ($45 USD) we could get a room that offers free water bottle... just disgusted by this hotel

Room was a very good size. A quiet night, good breakfast too. Easy to get to/from using (cheap) public transport from the airport bus station, or a more expensive commercial bus option. I paid extra for late checkout due to my flight timings. The only downside is I don't think they pay any attention to the VIP status perks they advertise on hotels.com.

Our room was spotless and every staff member we met was friendly, courteous and polite. All the food we ate in the bar was tasty and delicious and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. We will definitely stay again!

The room was very good with a comfortable bed,and quality bedding. The bathroom was well supplied with toiletries and good towels. The room temperature was easy to change and regulate which was a bonus. I was very happy to find quality coffee sachets and real milk in the room. U nfortunately the airport shuttle advertised was a great disappointment and it should be pointed out that it is an independent company and not at all reliable.
