Great one night stay

The Ibis cost about 14 pounds from Heathrow airport to the hotel. The hotel was friendly, helpful and clean. I enjoyed a delicious pie and glass of red wine. The local bus to the coach station is just across the road. Perfect.

I was able to find the hotel easily and it is very convenient to transportation to the airport and subway/tube/train. The stop is right across the street and so getting to the airport for you flight is very convenient. I had to leave at 5 a.m. and I waited less than five minutes. Be sure to read which bus you want. One goes to Terminal 2 and one to Terminal 3. I needed 3 but went to 2 and had to go underground and walk a ways to 3. That was on me! The parking situation is bad if you don't get there early enough. I got in after 6 so I initially couldn't find a spot. The one I finally got was so tight the door was touching the wall and could only half open up. Some of the staff was fantastic and some was pretty surly so it was a bit hit and miss. The breakfast is a great deal and good food. All you can eat and bottomless coffee so I was happy. The room was good but tighter than I expected. I was by myself and I still felt a bit cramped. Great price and location.
