Room was clean and adequate . The staff were helpful , this is not a fancy place but for being close to the LHR terminal 5 was a good value as I had a very early departure time 6:50 and needed to be early at the airport. Bus N9 and bus 423 both go to terminal 5 LHR and they run 24 hours. Their stop is just 5 min from the hotel on the other side ( opposite the petrol station).

Single queen was a snug fit for 1 but was happy to have a kettle and coffee/tea when I arrived to the room. Might be too cramped if there were two guests.There is a public bus that you can take to the airport terminals although I opted for a taxi to be safe. Taxi on the pricier side so maybe next time I will take a chance on the bus. Did not try the restaurant or bar.

Close to the airport and easy to navigate into central London. Hotel’s breakfast was worth the price that we paid when booking through expedia. Tip; if you do not want a $30 pnd taxi, use the city mapper app to find the right bus. It’s close to airport but not walkable.

The stay was fantastic, especially since I was in a completely new area... I got lost, but the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly patient and provided me with excellent directions back to the hotel. The young woman at the reception was very polite and welcoming. The same goes for the lady in the restaurant... they all had great people skills and are sure to create repeat customers! That's in a nutshell! Great accommodation experience, indeed!
