Rock hard pillows

Check in was quick, and the room was a good size. However, the bed was so uncomfortable- the pillows were like rocks. And unfortunately i was kept awake due to hearing "bedroom" noises. I felt tired upon checking out. But it was convenient getting to the airport.

The cleaner on the 1st floor on 27.04.25 was so lovely and friendly, she saw that we had our hands full when walking past the room that she was cleaning, she told us to wait and she let us into our room. When we left she gave us a big smile and said goodbye, what lovely customer service!
