I had an incredibly disappointing experience during check-in. Despite there being no other customers, it took 45 minutes for a staff member to complete my check-in—even though my booking was fully paid in advance. What made the situation worse was the staff member’s rude and disrespectful attitude throughout the entire process. This level of service is unacceptable and has left a lasting negative impression. I will not be returning.

Easy check in, bar and restaurant on site, modern clean room and bathroom, affordable and a gas station with all the essentials at a 20 seconds walk away from the hotel.. for a fee, the airport bus "Hotel Hoppa" drops you in font of the hotel . Everything you need for a confortable short stay close to the airport.

ideal location for Heathrow

everything was good apart from 1menbef of staff knew nothing about Hoppa bus service so told me didn’t serve hotel - asked staff later and gave me its timetable and where to get it - so be good yo check all staff are aware of it as was quite stressful in between times as was told had to get regular bus service to begin with
