Beds very comfortable. Cast iron grill good and very good service. Neither of us could work the shower in the room and think it was broken- reported this at checkout to be told we should have let them know and they would have sent maintenance- we were going to Heathrow so no time for that. Overall though it was good.

Lovely helpful staff and a clean room with a comfortable bed. The restaurant hours were not clear to me and I just made it to get supper and breakfast. Travellers from the Americas have a time zone disadvantage that the hotel (an airport hotel mind you) doesn't seem to understand.

Great overnight stop

Our second visit and we were not disappointed. Reception staff were excellent .Akhil looked after us and the room was clean and well presented. Evening meal was good value and the breakfast was also very good
