Booked poolside got a 2nd floor room. Hotel staff gave me the run around blaming Expedia. Expedia blamed the hotel. Never staying at a Doubletree again. Trash.

The location was perfect for our needs. The comfort was wonderful. The beds were the right level of firm and soft. Other than the water pressure being soft; the shower was great. The amount of electrical plugs and USB plugs was great. Usually there aren't enough. And I enjoyed the convenience of using the Hilton App.

Wet dog smell!!! This is a completely pet friendly hotel and good luck getting any empathy from the staff or the online 800 number. They didn’t suggest I could switch rooms. It was up to me to ask and “speak up”. The room was so bad I could hardly stay in it. They tried to overpower the dog smell with cleaning smell!! It didn’t work. Maybe another room may have been better. But with staff not at all helpful, not sure switching would have been much better. I kept thinking Paris Hilton would have been ashamed to be associated with this hotel. One of the staff didn’t even tell me where the exercise room was. The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Not going back. And Expedia should have clearly stated this is an ALL pet friendly hotel.

We always stay here! Not anymore

Front staff were very polite and courteous. Room was clean . The sad part of this trip ? We always stay here and pay around $229 a night to visit my son at college . This trip was graduation and 1 night was nearly $700 . We will never stay here again because of the up charge for graduation . Shame on you .
