It is a nice hotel but one room didn’t have have the smoke alarm attached to the wall so they changed my room and then that room didn’t have any lotion. The breakfast offering is also becoming more limited.

Im an artist and sometimes get a local motel to search for inspiration to use in my music. Ive stayed in the hotel suite going on 2 qeeks now and honestly im having a hard tine wanting to leave. Ive nase several songs and also been able to kind of recollext myself. The staff are amazing as well.

Stay in room 211, smells like cig smoke. Bed can be more comfortable. Front door has a huge gap, place towels to block any creepy crawlers. Desk chair is tore up. Writing on mirror frame. Outer door of the microwave is missing. They need to clean the fridge magnet frame. Possibly add hangers in the room. A few people hanging outside scoping out the place, close to dark seemed suspicious but Chico police appeared and they disappeared. Other than that the room is ok.

So bad that I had to leave. Creepy people hanging around the property, room appearance not clean, holes in the comforter, thermostat hanging from wall, on and on. They wouldn’t reimburse me, but I could not stay another second.

The staff was pleasant, but the property and the facilities looked nothing like the picture. It's like they are trying to put lipstick on a pig. The coffee makers in the room don't work, no coffee because of how many guys were sitting around drinking coffee, and no staff to attend. The water pressure was great though. The updates were just a band-aid when they really needed to do a complete makeover. Can't really complain about the price though. It's too bad, the location is great for downtown....They could have a great spot with a complete renovation.

It is a noisy street where the place is located, the room was clean but the wall plugs where in bad condition or broken, personal is really profesional.parking is on first come first serve basis.

Got there alittle before the 3 oclock check in time ,was charged $22.00 extra to check in . Got a room card after paying fee ,went up to room which was not serviced yet . Went back to office and was given a different room .this room was fine.area seems to have a homeless problem. Shady people everywhere.

This property requires a $100 deposit to stay

My check-in process went professionally and smoothly. But then I was told that they REQUIRE an additional $100 damage deposit to stay there, that will be refund upon my departure (hasn't been so far). They also had a very detailed four paragraph "contract" that I had to initial each paragraph and then sign the final document. Very unusual in my travels.
