Great location. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The rooms are absolutely amazing and clean. Love the location and love that you can go across to the Katarina for food and drinks. Highly recommend the rooftop bar.

This was our 3rd stay here. Our daughter is a Freshman at Chico state & this is our go to Hotel. We have another trip planned in October. Clean rooms, nice staff, good breakfast. Close to a lot of rest and stores, about 10 minute drive to campus. Definitely our go to for the next 4 years!

The front desk staff member CJ was exceptionally kind, accommodating and professional, A+. Room was really clean, bedding was very comfortable toiletries were classy. We loved the unique green leather couch and modern decor. There are multiple restaurants right across the street and the star of the show was the complimentary full breakfast with omelette bar as well as a free drink ticket. The price was right, we really enjoyed ourselves and we'll be back!
