The lady at the front desk was very friendly and had great customer service. Our housekeeper for room 103 on 6.17 and 6.18 was very friendly and works hard. We had a great time thank you.

A favorite place to stay in Chico. Not fancy but clean and accommodating. I got there very late, but the front desk was waiting for me and even offered to move her car so we could park. The staff go out of their way and it shows.

I've stayed here at least three times and the front desk staff (this time, as well as last, wasTerri) are so friendly and helpful! The rooms are large and have everything you need. The bed was one of the most comfy beds I've ever slept in! Nice continental breakfast, too! I would highly recommend this property!

Bed was incredibly comfortable. Carpets in room need to be cleaned. Also be aware of the lack of parking. Strong smell of marijuana and it comes throught the ac into your rooms. That was a bummer for my children

The location of this motel is very convenient. The room and bathroom look like they were recently renovated. The property itself was a little scary looking. We were uncomfortable when pulling into the property. When checking in, there were three parties waiting with no one at the counter. The lady working looked like she was trying to run the desk and help customers at their rooms. She was very friendly, but looked overwhelmed.

The staff put us in a handicap room because my mom was having surgery. Nice big bathroom. The bed was very soft. A little too soft. I thought the parking was good when we arrived but when we returned from dinner it was totally full. There was a few spots on the street if needed.

Such a great location. The best ice cream/candy shop is across the street. Easy walk to the campus, etc. The remodel from 2019 really improved the place a lot. I love the murals of old photos from the area. This will be my go to Chico stay.
