The photos o line were completely miss leading, no extra blanket, electric plug in bathroom sink area didn’t work, floors were not clean. Not enough towels.

This room was very nasty and unfortunately me and my children had to stay there. We are not from the area, but the bathtub had cigarette stains all over it the room smelt like someone was dead and on top of that we had to sleep with roaches the air conditioner set on top of one of the beds, so there was no room for my other girls And we are homeless me and five children. I would not recommend this hotel as the city need to get involved with this

I reserved a non-smoking room and when I arrived the staff said all they had were smoking room and if I want to “upgrade” to a non-smoking room I have to pay like $5 more. It’s not about the money, but the fact that u reserved a non-smoking room and if they don’t have what I reserved they have to give me the next class of non-smoking room just like rental cars. I paid the $5 because I didn’t want to confront the staff but when I got the room it was pretty much what I originally reserved, I felt this particular Motel 6 was a bait-and-switch so stay away from this one. Other than that, everything else was alright.

DONT DO IT

This place is a $h1t hole, i take it they get their mattresses in back allys around town. Tore up!! As far as staying here again,,, NOPE WILL NOT HAPPEN my room was the size of a walk in closet, NO desk no luggage stand hed to set everything on the floor, broken tore up light fixtures, im glad i wasnt parking in the lot cause the the creepy ones come out at night. Didnt feel real safe walkingto the store, definatly NOT worth the money

NOT WORTH THE HASSEL

Love the front staff have been going here for awhile I always paided using a card I have for donating plasma never had an issue all of a sudden the don't accept that payment and the person who stated that was not only rude when stating that but she gave off vibes of I'm better then you hotel staff should be there for guest not make them feel insecure and that there business means nothing to the establishment especially those who have served my recommendation is if your in the Chino area look for other accommodations yes their cheaper but the reason they are is because guest safety and guest comfort and quality mean nothing to this establishment
