The room is clean and very well lighted and has all what we need, esp. the mirror outside of the bathroom. Room is very spacious, just right for us, not too big and not too small.

Horrible experience!!

Paid for late check out at 3pm because I had to work till 2 and our house was tented and not able to go in until 2 so I had my 78 mother in the room until I could get there to load her cat in the carrier and help her with her walker. They entered her room even with a do not disturb sign and a 3pm check out at 2pm. They told her she had to leave that the room was booked already. She can barely walk let alone handle a cat. She sustained major injuries and when I arrived was very upset and crying. When I went to front desk after I helped her to the car and asked why they even went to her room at 2 when I paod till 3. They said is was a damn miscommunication. The manager was there and no one could explain why this happened. I was in the lobby at 2:30 and asked my check out time and he said 3pm. I said it is 2:30 now, why was she asked to leave the room... Once again the best answer was sorry miscommunication. My 78 year old mother also sustained bruises from falling onto a chair with wooden arms

My room smelled of disinfectant. The carpet seemed gross and the bathtub was stained black. I thought it might be mole but it didn’t wipe off. I wore socks. Internet and 5 G poor. Breakfast was marginal but adequate. I overheard someone say the bananas were green. When I checked out, the guy said I couldn’t get my receipt until they check the room to see if it was okay. I thought in my head, that was a joke.
