Really enjoyed our two nights in the Thistle Marble Arch, reception was quick and our room on the 6 floor was excellent. Breakfast was good, not happy having to pay for a cup of Starbucks coffee and then to see an added service charge, this needs to stop. Did have an issue with the room toilet not flushing on the second night after 22:00, called reception and a maintenance person came after about 40 minutes and resolved the problem. We did see the card saying if you didn’t want your room cleaned on the second day , put the card on the door, we were told we would get a £10 drinks voucher, this never materialised. We will definitely return to the Thistle in the future.

The staff was top notch. They went above and beyond. Perez the doorman was professional, friendly and helpful with all our request. Javier the concierge took us on a fabulous tour of the property and shared so much history about this beautiful property. The location of this hotel was convenient to many attractions, shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if ever in London.

Typical English hotel room – very small. Close to amenities, restaurants, transport, parks, etc. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only negative was the noisy hotel guests - slamming doors all hours of the day and night and talking loudly in corridors.

I liked that the hotel was a short walk to Pimlico station and very central to where I needed to go.

Great hotel! Room and hotel clean, helpful staff, really good breakfast. I think the volume of the music in the hall is too high but you can’t hear it in the room so it’s ok. Position really good, next to Marble Arch underground.
