The staff was top notch. They went above and beyond. Perez the doorman was professional, friendly and helpful with all our request. Javier the concierge took us on a fabulous tour of the property and shared so much history about this beautiful property. The location of this hotel was convenient to many attractions, shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if ever in London.

Typical English hotel room – very small. Close to amenities, restaurants, transport, parks, etc. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only negative was the noisy hotel guests - slamming doors all hours of the day and night and talking loudly in corridors.

I liked that the hotel was a short walk to Pimlico station and very central to where I needed to go.

Great hotel! Room and hotel clean, helpful staff, really good breakfast. I think the volume of the music in the hall is too high but you can’t hear it in the room so it’s ok. Position really good, next to Marble Arch underground.

One of our two rooms didn’t have any area to section off our luggage. There was no way to access front desk via hotel telephone. This place felt like paying for a hotel experience and instead receiving a hostel experience. Yes, the hotel is very nicely designed but the basic room upkeep does not match. I should have someone coming to the room to make sure there’s soap in my bathroom when there was none for my time there, the trash wasn’t taken out so I would have to try and find a trash can in the lobby (there was one) to throw away simple things because no one came to empty out the can until my second to last day did I receive a cleaning service.
