Book Cold Spring Harbor hotels

The property is quite aged, no microwave in the room, but one is in the dining area that can be used. The area is quite and staff was helpful. I did not see many eating areas around so i used uber eats.

Free parking, staff was receptive to late check in. No breakfast of any kind, but snacks and drinks are available for purchase in the small front lobby. Book online for a cheaper rate. I called and a single room was $133 via phone, but online similar rooms were $80'ish to $100 with tax. The room was clean. The bathroom was small but everything worked. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Towels weren't the best quality but did the job. Bed was comfortable and pillows were decent. Not a plethora of outlets available for use but enough fory device charger and CPA machine. Basic cable on tv, nothing special. Free unsecured wifi. This is a pretty basic room, nothing special but no problems either.

For the price ,it was clean ,good stuff size room ,clean bathroom,friendly staff,carpet need little love little old ,but I will stay again ..compare to those expensive hotel

I reserved a king-sized bedroom. Upon check in they said they didn't have any left, that my reservation was only "a request"?!!! My 6'5" husband's feet dangled off the bed, and we had to sleep in separate beds! We had nowhere else to go as it was raining, and we had an event to get to shortly after we arrived. When we returned, we discovered that the television was not hooked up to any network, and we needed more towels. I called the front desk several times from THEIR phone with no answer. I then called the hotel directly from my cell phone and was put on hold for 15-20 minutes. I got dressed to walk down through the awfully smelling hallway (still on hold) to ask the front desk for assistance. Eventually, I was met by the hotel rep. I explained that I was on hold for quite a while, he said I must have dialed the wrong number - my phone clearly read Radisson - Hauppage? Regardless, they did fix the TV and provided fresh towels, it was just unpleasant getting it resolved. Room was clean, and they had a nice lounge area which we did not use, beds were creaky and we did not have a comfortable sleep due to the incorrect room issue. The snack stand was closed each time we were in the lobby. The staff was less than pleasant. I would make sure to call ahead to confirm your room type before heading out!
