Overall cleanliness was good, although a good edge cleaning on the carpet in the room would be a good idea.

Everything was good except I was surprised by a $25 credit card charge for "incidentals." I have no idea what incidentals are. Granzella's says the charge will fall off my credit card at some time.

The room was ok…what annoyed me was the lack of an elevator…we had quite heavy luggage and it was difficult dragging it upstairs. The other thing that annoyed me was the breakfast room…it was scheduled to open at 6 AM and it did…however most breakfast rooms open before that so you can pick up things like fruit or coffee and one can get on their way before six…no luck here!

Everything was great. Friendly staff, clean, updated rooms,. The restaurant and store next door were a great convenience. Really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub in the fog. It's a great central location for birders. The only minor complaint was the wifi was slow and kept turning off.
