We stayed here on our honeymoon night which was 41 years ago. Our company Christmas party was here and thought to stay the night. The hotel is just beautiful, and everyone was so nice. The room we asked for was ADA with a walk-in shower. Everything was so clean, and the bed was so comfy. The shower was perfect for me, and I truly appreciate everything being at my level being in a wheelchair. Thanks again for making our night special.

A lot of things at hotel were broken. The main thing is the hot water was out. Then they moved me to another room and the hot water went out in that room. Jacuzzi at pool was broken. Ice machines were broken on floors I was on. Gate on parking lot was broken first few days. I would expect a lot better from the Hilton brand. I was on business and moved to another hotel after 5 nights. The other hotel was less expensive an everything worked.

The staff was very kind and helpful. When I asked to move rooms, they accommodated me right away. The hotel itself is in a safe area. The lobby is big and spacious. And the pool area is very nice. There are lots of shops and restaurants close by. They do charge a fee for parking,

Room is clean, some staff could have been more friendlier. Easy check in and so glad they were able to transfer my sister’s room when she complained of the first room she was given , the first room smells cigarette.
