The room was very subpar, stains on all the sheets, air conditioner was as loud as a 747. Very uncomfortable beds requested more towels, and that seemed to be a very hard thing to make happen. I feel like the hotel is very understaffed.

The king suites are great. We love being able to spread out and relax. Rooms are very nice, TV is huge and if I had any complaint it would be that I miss some cable shows as they only have streaming services, but a lot of them! Breakfast is pretty good too, especially the biscuits and gravy! Coffee available 24/7 is a nice touch and if you get a noisy neighbor, they take care of it like right now. Oh, no phones in the room which was interesting so if you need the front desk you need to use your mobile. But they answer 24/7 there too. Our new favorite hotel in Tulare County!

Every thing clean except the freezer in the refrigerator and it wasnt nasty just dirty. The free breakfast had a GREAT selection of items to choose from to eat and drink. Everything was good. The room size great. The heat cool system great. Had no Tv the staff couldnt get it to work and had to sit for hours with nothing to do wasnt all that. The place is NICE AND ICE MACHINE ON ALL FLOORS MAKING IT COOL. I WOULD RECOMMED THIS PLACE TO STAY. TOWLES WHOLE SET NICE WHITE CLEAN. THE BEDDING NICE CLEAN LIKE NEW. IT IS WORTH THE STAY FOR THE PRICE. HAS MANY OTHER STUFF JUST DIDNT USE THEM. AND I DIDNT HAVE A GREAT STAY ONLY CAUSE NO TV. AND NO PHONES.

This hotel is by far one of the worst I've ever stayed at. First walking in there are piece of furniture overturned and it's a mess in the lobby. The check-in was okay although the man wasn't very personable. We hit the elevators and seems like it's barley able to run, when we get off on our floor the people we passed on and off the elevators looked like they were all on drugs or partially homeless. The walls are all filthy and need cleaning and painting. The rooms look pretty good they seemed to be remodeled at some point. The shower handle did not turn all the way to hot, so the water was lukewarm at best since we booked a few nights we decided to ask for another room since I like hot showers not lukewarm. They gave us another room and while transferring our stuff to another floor when entering the room was not big enough for my family. We went back and forth and got another room, upon transferring to that one there was a cockroach on the bed. We decided to keep our room since there were no other rooms to go to. Our room had sticky substance on the remote and the dresser that the TV was on, unsure how quickly they're cleaning these rooms. One time on the way down the elevator a man was smoking and blew smoke in my face. Another time exiting the building a man who was most definitely on drugs grabbed the door before it closed and let himself in. It seems as if this is more of a trap house or half house rather than hotel!! people live at this place. Be weary!
