Hot tub was not hot, room keys didn't work on the pool lock so was asked to reach over to open it and leave it propped. Walls are very thin so the woman next door losing her mind and throwing things around and hearing literally everyone going down the halls sucked. Room was small but perfect for my stay. The ac worked so nicely.

All the employees that I met were especially nice. This does seem to be an older hotel but they are doing a decent job of trying to keep it clean and updated. The hot tub was broken while I was there. There was no air condition in the workout room, so I lost more in hot sweat than workout sweat.

The shower in our room had no water pressure, and shower rod was hanging by a thread of silicone. Pillows we were provided were adequate for small size children versus adults. Vagrants hanging around the property with no visible security. Booked the room for 4 adults and we were pro - two towels. Never staying at yhis hotel again.

The cable in my room did not work. I reported it to the front desk who said they would take care of it. I came back hours later and the cable was still not working. My room key did not work for the side door and so I had to go all the way around to the front door to get to my room. However, the room key did not work and so I cannot get into my room. I had to go to the front desk and have re card my room key.
