Properties in extremely poor condition doesn’t have the amenities that they advertise. Staff is not helpful. Key cards reset every day so you can’t get in your room. Just a very poor quality establishment.

While searching for properties - we selected this accommodation after a long days travel. We were anxious to soak in the hot tub and maybe a quick dip in the pool. Unfortunately these two amenities are no longer available. This travel site needs to update their website with current property information.

Great experience overall, from the smooth check-in to the beautiful, comfortable room. The only suggestion for improvement would be expanding the breakfast selection. Otherwise, a fantastic stay!

Well We stayed in room 317, both nights Friday night and Saturday night, especially Saturday night sound like a herd of elephants until 2 o’clock in the morning. Made two complaints to the front desk.

Property and stay was good. The only complaint is that it says it has a hot tub on the Expedia site and we checked in and they told us it has been shut down for a year (permanently closed). They need to update their information. Otherwise a great place to overnight.

We prepaid for a king room but they oversold the property and we were given a double queen suite. As far as I could tell it was considered a suite as it had a couch. The surrounding area didn’t not appear to be safe and the entire parking lot was full, mainly with semi trucks. We had to park in a lot that was not real close to the entrance and if I was not with my husband I would have felt very unsafe.
