When I tried to check in, two of the staff were having a conversation about their schedules and seemed unconcerned that I was standing there waiting. I finally asked them to please not keep me waiting. One of them acknowledged me, but still did not begin to check me in. Fortunately, another staff member, Jen, spoke to them and I got checked in. Jen, by the way, was great. Thanks. - I was quite surprised that there was a $7 parking fee. The property has its own dedicated parking area and I do not recall ever being charged that in the past. -Deadbolt lock on my room door, 204, did not work. Toilet roll holder was broken.

Only Stayed the 1 night Had to move because it Smelled like Dog & Cat Urine. Hotel tried to Cover it up by Spraying Fabreeze or some kinda of Deodorant all over, Burned our Eyes, We opened the Window But Still Smelled. Carpet was Dirty Just almost Black. Moved to another Hampton suites on the North Side of Santa Rosa I Feel like I should get a Full Refund Since I had to Pay for a Complete New Booking at another Hotel. I Booked this Hotel because of Attending my Daughters Wedding It was just a Disaster

Wow can you actually reply?

I texted them as my mom (who the reservation was for) fell at the airport and ended up in Hospital. They never even relied. So yeah that’s terrible service. We didn’t actually end up staying there.

Check-in took about 45 min. Computer failure which happened during the morning was still not resolved the following morning when we left. Despite computer failure in the morning only one person was handling manual check-in’s when we arrived around 9pm after a long drive.

The room was clean and the coffee was good. The eggs were very watery and as I was preparing my breakfast, one of the staff kept shutting the doors to the dining room room every time I tried to go in there and it was before 9 AM.

Stayed for three nights (October 2025). PROS: Comfortable king size bed with good size bedroom and bathroom. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker (but no tea), desk, iron and ironing board. Relatively quiet and very clean and modern. CONS: Bathroom light had a sensor that is supposed to turn light off if no motion for a time, but instead it turned light on! I had to sleep with bathroom door closed so light would not keep me awake. Television did not work and gave a message to plug in cable. I did not try breakfast (got my own at store), but the one morning I tried to grab tea the “hot water” dispenser had lukewarm water and I had to heat it up in my room microwave to make tea. Several construction workers were staying there and were either drinking beer or smoking pot in the parking lot (thankfully they were not load). They charge extra for parking which is completely unnecessary given the location. Traffic makes it difficult to exit parking lot.
