Great location to harbor, but not worth it.

It's an old place, yes, but no excuse for not being clean. Accumulation of dust and dirt, hair in shower, over-used towels that don't absorb. Guests in the next room were loud and rowdy at 2am and kept us awake with their conversations on the patio, along with music and pounding noises... both nights. Ugh! Great location to harbor, but not worth it.

Really Run Down

Really run down. The only thing this place has going for it is its location. Basically a Motel 6 on the Marina. No maid service and if you need anything like fresh towels you have to get them from the lobby.

The location is great overlooking the harbor. We always enjoy staying there. The only thing is that the parking used to be free but they charge $15 per day now and breakfast is not good anymore also.

The property has been recently painted and the bathroom recently remodeled. Beautiful view of the harbor and the ocean beyond. We walked to the harbor, shops, and restaurants every day. The breakfadt was skimpy-no yogurt after the 1st day. The beds and pillows were rock hard. Came home with a sore neck and back. Beautiful property but if they don't get new beds and pillows. I won't be back.

We had nothing to complain, the only thing maybe, put an extra blanket in the closet for the guests that get easily cold, because the covers are pretty thin for this time of the year we came and the cooler temperatures

They had a nice pool and hot tub. The view from the room was beautiful. The room was clean. Minor item - there was rust around the fixtures shower rod, the towel rack and sink drain in the bathroom.
