Staffing was terrible. Pool was gross and half empty. Breakfast ran out of food early. Transport shuttle was inoperable so we had to pay for an uber and were told they would reimburse us. Which still has not happened. Check in was awful and late. I had a crying baby and they couldn’t have cared any less. The receptionist was rude and careless. Would never return here.
