Everything was good until upon exiting no one said there was a 10 dollar fee each day you use the parking garage.... The issue wasnt payment however the bill came and took out parking garage fee

We were picked up at the airport without any problems. The only difficulty was knowing where to go to pick up shuttles. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was helpful in providing us with walking distance restaurants and getting the connections for the cruise ship. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel as it seemed to be same style we stayed in Austin, TX but it wasn’t as good of an experience. The airport shuttle experience was extremely frustrating, no one answered the airport shuttle line, after calling the hotel staff they didn’t know what the shuttle looked like, and we waited nearly an hour at the airport before it finally arrived. We avoided using the shuttle on the return trip because they said it would take another hour just to request. Our room had a king bed and a sofa bed, but only one extra pillow, which was dirty, in the drawer. After calling for blankets and pillows and waiting over an hour with no update, I went down to the front desk, where staff also seemed to struggle to get anyone to deliver them. Our room seemed to have trash and the king bed blankets replaced each day but not the blankets for the sofa bed. We had friends in the same type of room down the hall on the same floor but they said they never got any service of trash removal nor bedding replaced. It was nice having the breakfast but not enough space to eat unless you went right at 6:30am. The set up was hard to serve yourself without help as all the food warmers didn’t have a way to stay open and would shut on you. You need two hands to open warmer and to spoon out food then there was no space to place your plate close, so someone would have to help you scoop eggs or get the biscuits and gravy.
