Book Ahotels Darling Harbour accommodation from NZ$169

Only 3 of the 6 elevators appeared to be working (but there was no signage to confirm this) which resulted in my low mobility mother and I having to wait more than 25 minutes for an elevator to check out, at which point she had to force herself into an already full elevator while I took the stairs. We requested to be taken down in the staff elevator and were denied and told to wait or take the stairs. Very disappointed in the service and this experience and wouldn't recommend it to others especially those with accessibility issues.

Great hotel and location

Excellent location! So easy to walk into the CBD and Darling Harbour, light train located under the hotel!!! Did not use the pool or the casino, so those amenities were not useful during our stay. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, however was very stingy with the coffee/ tea and water supplied. Would we stay there again if we went back to Sydney? Yes - only for the location and our beautiful room.

Very limited breakfast. and No omelette at breakfast. No help with luggage, checking in or checking out.
