Great beach hotel in Del Mar

Such a nice hotel. Very clean, very friendly. It’s right on the beach, with a quiet street out front. So many places to eat are walkable. Will definitely come back.

It was so nice to getaway for the weekend and enjoy our beloved DelMar Beach Hotel. It was a bit cold and overcast but we still had a great time, enjoyed our walks on the beach and sitting on the patio and watching the surfers. We had a hiccup with our shower pressure which was handled by the maintenance team and resolved. The Staff was great, even when we needed to access the amenities closet for our kids to boogie board etc.

Perfect Stress Relieving Trip

I was traveling solo for a Celebration of Life in Del Mar. I'm familiar with the area after living locally ten years ago. The location is perfect and I didn't even need a car since everything is in walking distance. The beach is spectacular and I enjoyed numerous long walks north and south. The room was perfect. Comfortable bed, fast internet, nice toiletries, big TV. Everything you would expect. I checked in late at night, so it took me a couple of days to realize that there was a legit coffee machine and self serve bar in the lobby.

Property was great and newly renovated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is a little hard to come by, but there are options that they will reimburse you for.
