Welcome to “Shore Thing” — where it’s a sure thing that paradise is only steps away. Unit 103 places you just moments from the sparkling white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf.

This rustic-chic, newly renovated one-bedroom unit comfortably accommodates up to five guests. The living room features a fabric sofa and cozy chair, a ceiling fan, a 65” TV, and a DVD player for your entertainment. The beautifully remodeled kitchen offers stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, giving you options for your morning brew. Enjoy a cozy meal in the dining area or sip your coffee at the breakfast bar.

The private master bedroom features a king-sized bed with a brand-new luxury mattress, a ceiling fan, and a 55” TV with a DVD player for relaxing after a day in the sun. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and a tall comfort-height toilet for added convenience. For additional guests, enjoy custom-built bunk beds complete with built-in lights and charging outlets. Both bunks include new mattresses, and a rollaway trundle is available for extra sleeping space. Step outside to your private balcony, furnished with high-top seating and relaxing rockers. Even better, you have direct access from your private gate to the beach, pool, shuffleboard courts, and tennis courts.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.

We had a great time on our vacation to Destin. The condo was perfect and a super close walk to the beach. Everything was very clean and the staff at the front desk were exceptional! We will definitely be back!

Things you should know.. Amazing condo

The club has someone at the desk 24 hours- when you check in, you are given a packet with codes for the condo door, gate, and passes. I was informed the day we went to the beach that when you book through VRBO you do NOT get beach service (no chairs and umbrella) so I had to pay out of pocket for this- total bummer- about $240 For the week- I’m the 1BR condo you are given 4 towels, 4 hand towels and 4 wash clothes- there is a linen exchange twice weekly (Tuesday’s and fridays) to get new lines… the desk can accommodate if needed sooner- washers and dryers are located on 4th and 6th floor ($2.50 a load to wash and $1.75 to dry) .. these machines too quarters and cards- again convenient…The condo itself was amazing… the air conditioning worked great, bathroom was standard but always had hot water, the beds and huge living room sofa were comfortable… I loved being on the first floor- easy and convenient- we will come back again… very family friendly establishment… it had the minimal silverware, pots and coffee maker-

I usually like a condo with ocean views. My daughter talked me into a first floor condo. View of sand dunes. However, the convenience of being able to go in/out of patio door all day without waiting on elevators while lugging beach stuff was so worth it!!

Great Location!

This ground floor condo was the best set up for a socially distanced vacation!! The kitchen was really the only downside - the smoke alarm went off each time we used to oven, the fridge door needs to be reversed so you aren’t trapped against the wall to get a drink out, and the dishwasher is teeny. If you are person that treasures good water pressure in the shower, this place has it! I would stay here again.
