All amenities, including the spa, are fit for a 5-star hotel. The staff treated us like VIPs. This hotel was all that we expected. My big plus is the accessibility to fine dining within Burj Khalifa, especially the Atmosphere on the 122nd floor, and easy and direct access to the Dubai Mall. The view from our room on the 38th floor was fantastic!

The Armani Hotel was so much more than a fantastic hotel. The level of service and genuine friendliness of the staff is beyond words. To say five stars is truly a disservice. Even after we checked out the staff attended to my mother’s needs as if she were their mother. Every need was attended to.
