Great location. 10 mins drive from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Very clean and modern facilities. Pool area is nice. Starbucks in lobby. Restaurants, grocery store, beauty salons and pharmacy in the complex.

There are cafes, pharmacies and shops around, you can walk to Dubai mall, rooms with a view to Burj Khalifa, and we want to thank especially Bhupinder and we appreciate kindness of reception workers, they are very understanding and helpful ! We had a great stay and we’ll definitely come back!!!

This hotel was close to most of the things we wanted to see like Dubai mall and Burj khalifa. There are taxis easily accessible in the front at all times. It was clean and breakfast was great!

The staff did not care, we went out for dinner and my 3yr old was sleeping because of jetlag, i took the food only for my kid back to the hotel.. restaurant staff and lobby staff refused to warm the pasta a small pizza both inside a container , they also dont have a microwave so i could not do it. it was 10pm, i walked to a nearby hotel and they warmed my pasta knowing that i was not staying there. 3 out of 6 nights i had to call for towels because they would simple forget that we registered 4 people They would bring them quick but still annoying

My stay at the doubletree was amazing! The service was top tier. They also surprised me with this cute slice of cake for my bday that was waiting for me when i got back to the room. I felt completely safe staying here being a solo traveler. Highly recommend.
