Shuttle bus advertised. Contact hotel several days in advance and they never replied. When I landed and called hotel they advised it was for drop off from hotel only. Hotels.dom or hotel need to correct the details. Breakfast has a large choice but the quality is poor. They could maybe offer less options and improve quality. Didn’t use after intake visit.

Did a very short stay - in late and out early. Airport shuttle is free but only one way - To the airport, not from. Desk lady was not very helpful when I asked for ice for an injury I had - good eco-friendly, but wouldn’t figure out how to get me an ice pack. The room service guy brought me a bucket of ice and then found a plastic bag to help me - much better customer care.

The hotel and staff were great. The pool was fantastic. I was disappointed that the shuttle didn’t pick up from the airport. Also the only place to eat was the roof top restaurant. I was expecting the cafe to be open in the evening.
