10 isn’t enough! 20/10!

My stay was great, soon as I got to the premises, the staff took care of me. Ruth & her colleague Odell (sorry if I mispronounced the name) checked me in and made me feel right at home. Omar helped me with my bags which that was so kind of him! Loved the amenities in the hotel and most of all, the bed was so comfortable. Food and all was good too! Will be staying here in the future, thanks for making my 24 hour Dubai trip worth it.

No regrets but wouldn’t stay again

Stayed on a business trip, hotel is okay but very busy and a bit noisy. It felt safe which was good. Consider it if your going on a business trip but I would stay as a couple or family

I am leaving this review to voice my opinion about this property. i stayed here for 5 nights. the location is decent and close to the main areas in the downtown. but my first room, the outlets were not working and i had issues charging my phone and using the outlets, then they said they had to fix it and they moved my room, the second room had a good view but i was right below their rooftop lounge and every night it was VERY NOISY and LOUD and i could not fall asleep. it was very inconvenient and they should have let me know it was going to be a noisy room but they did not.
