Family accommodation in Earl's Court

Staff 10/10 location 10/10 My husband did struggle with being claustrophobic due to no windows and super dark room, so if you suffer from this not the best option, but overall we knew it would be without windows so not hotels fault and we didn’t think it would be an issue for him as his never had an issue like this. I would stay here again if he didn’t suffer from claustrophobia. Rooms are decent sized me and the kids loved it.

I loved everything about the hotel! Perfect location : you can walk to Big Ben, London Eye, Westminster Abby in 10-13 minutes . If you need to use the subway, entrance is across from the hotel. Breakfast is plenty, many options to choose from: eggs, sausage , bacon , 3-4 kinds of fruit, cold cuts, pastries, yogurts, cheese… Hotel is very clean , stuff extremely kind. 100% recommend

TRH was super accommodating in belong me pull off a surprise proposal! Could not recommend more highly. Facilities and room was top notch as well.

We had an incredible room that looked right at the London Tower Bridge -- beautiful! We liked being right on the river and close to the Tower of London and a metro Tube stop. We easily caught a boat to Greenwich Village, walked to the London Eye (long walk but fun!), and great connection to Hop On/Hop Off. Had a couple good meals in the hotel restaurants/bars. The hotel is definitely older and could use some cosmetic updates -- scuffed paint, etc. But everything else about it was fabulous!!

Anneke the associate, very friendly and professional! She is a must at the desk!

I liked how the room was spacious enough for one person. I also liked how they provided a water bottle in the room where we can refill it.
